Tomer Chai is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in management, strategic planning, negotiation, and project leadership. As one of the company's founders, Tomer drives Realco with a clear vision and strong values—reliability, transparency, professionalism, and a deep commitment to investors. Over the years, Tomer has guided hundreds of buyers and investors, overseeing investments totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in residential properties, buildings, commercial complexes, logistics hubs, and various ventures across the United States. Tomer holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting and served as a combat captain in the Israel Defense Forces.

Guy Rajuan is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in property acquisition and business development across the United States. As one of Realco’s founders, Guy serves as Co-CEO and a business mentor, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to the company. Guy leads Realco’s sales and client relations teams with a steadfast commitment to meeting fundraising goals and ensuring the successful completion of deals. In recent years, he has spearheaded significant and successful fundraising efforts, raising tens of millions of dollars for real estate investments throughout the U.S.
